About this class
During an Essentrics class, you can expect a series of flowing movements that target all major muscle groups, performed in a slow and controlled manner. The class will focus on improving flexibility, increasing range of motion, and enhancing muscular strength and endurance. Danna is certified in Level 1 Essentrics and currently enrolled in Level 2 with the expectations of continuing to a Level 4 Instructor.
