Join us for a dynamic 60-minute Hustle/Muscle class, designed to keep your heart pumping and muscles strong. The first 30 to 40 minutes are dedicated to low-impact aerobics, featuring movements like grapevines, knee repeaters, hamstring curls, V-steps, squats, pliés, lunges, and more to help you get your steps in and maintain an elevated heart rate. This is followed by a 10 to 15-minute resistance band workout aimed at building and maintaining muscle mass, as well as preventing osteoporosis. We finish the session with a calming stretch to keep your body flexible and balanced. Join us and feel the burn in a fun, supportive environment!
