20-Minute Mat Moves begins with a standing warm-up, followed by back and shoulder stretches. The class includes a standing kicking series to enhance leg strength and hip mobility, an arm-strengthening sequence, and side-to-side lunges. This quick, energetic session is an amazing way to start your day, loosening up joints and muscles to keep a light bounce in your step. All you need is your mat!
