Hey there! I hope you’re having a fun start to August. I’ve noticed some of you have already started this challenge which is so awesome!! This website tech stuff is pretty new to all of us and so it is cool to see you here. So what is the August Challenge?
- do a Mat Moves class everyday as laid out or,
- choose a class from our on-demand library
- stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water a day
- go to the comment section and say hi (if you want include which class you’ve done and any news that’s great too)
- go to the resource section where there are two sheets – one to track your workouts with optional daily activities and another to track your daily food, water and exercise. Both sheets are downloadable so you can print them (optional)
