Hello! I am Danna and I am so honored that you have chosen to read my first blog! Welcome to my home studio and my new website, All Things Danna. This space is a culmination of my passion for movement, music, and creating a welcoming community where everyone can find joy in fitness.
Within this online space, I aspire to focus on ways to stay fit in a fun, unboring, painless, and non-judgmental way. I believe laughter is the best medicine and it’s way easier to laugh when you feel healthy! Our workouts are designed to make you smile while you sweat, to make fitness a part of your life that you look forward to, not dread. Come work out with me and let’s share some laughs along the way!
My dream is to connect people from all over the globe, to sign in, say hi, and exercise together. The beauty of this space is, like life, nothing here has to be perfect. It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing, and no worries if you need a break. Sometimes you may see some dust in your space that needs cleaning – ha! We’re all in this together, and that includes embracing the imperfections.
I know many of us face different physical challenges, whether they are body image struggles, physical limitations, or pain. That’s something we address head-on with kindness and positivity. Through consistent daily workouts, whether every day, two or three times a week, or whenever it fits into your life, you’ll find a supportive environment that helps you feel better about yourself. Accountability is key, but there’s no pressure; you’ll want to show up for your workouts just to join the group and be a part of our community.
